Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay​ are trying our very best to adhere to the ever changing Government Guidelines. We are thankful for your continued support and trust that you will work with us, to keep both you and our team safe and secure in these challenging times..

Our promise to you is that our equipment will be professionally and carefully cleaned and sanitised before it is delivered to you. We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment using BIOSAN CLEANER; in accordance with BS EN 1276 European standard for the bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants as proof of effective infection control against harmful micro-organisms such as MRSA, Salmonella, E.Coli, Flu Virus (H1N1) and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. In order to pass this standard, products have been tested by an independent laboratory and must prove a bacteria kill rate of 99.999% within 5 minutes.
Please note that we will not be able to hire to anyone who will be using the bouncy castle is showing, or in the last 14 days before the hire/party, Self Isolating, has shown any signs of the Coronavirus.
If you do not have an outdoor socket, then your own 13 amp  extension lead will need to be plugged in, and put outside for us to plug into before our arrival.
Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your back garden, especially when we are pointing out our safety guidelines for inflatable play.
Please note that when we arrive at your home, all adults and children must be indoors and likewise on collection, all adults and children need to be inside.
strictly no overnight hires on any of our inflatables.
